Directions to Talus Rock Retreat, Sandpoint, ID from Spokane, WA:

• Follow signs to 90 E and Spokane
• Pass Water Park on right, past Nut Factory, past Post Falls Exit, past racetrack
• Take Exit 7 Rathdrum/Spirit Lake to light (approximately 6 miles)
• At light, make a Left Rathdrum SH 41
• Go under overpass stay straight (pass Exxon on Left)
• Through light to 53 E to Sandpoint and Athol (Yes, Athol.)
• Pass Prairie Schooner Estates on Left. See U-curve sign.
• Just pass this sign, go left on old Highway 95. See dump station on right (if you cross a bridge, you've missed the turn)
• Go ½ mile to stop sign (see Creative Concrete on Left). Make a right on Garwood and cross RR tracks to light.
• At light, make a left onto US 95N.
• Go 5 miles on 95 N until you see Silverwood Theme Park on your left.
• Continue on 95 N for 31 more miles.
• Cross the long bridge over Lake Pend O'reille into Sandpoint.
• Follow 95 through first light into downtown (you're now on 1 st Ave.) Stay Left.
• Make the first left on Church Street.
• GO through 2 crossroads (but no stops) to first stop sign.
• At stop sign, make a Left (5th Street).
• Go to light (and T) and bear Right onto Hwy 2 East.
• Take Hwy 2 East through light on Boyer (See "Dub's" on the left).
• Continue though light on Divison.
• Make Right on Ontario Street (angles off, not a right-angle turn).
• Go approximately 1 mile and cross railroad tracks.
• Take immediate right on dirt road/driveway that parallels railroad tracks.
• Follow dirt road/driveway almost 1/2 mile (bear left at house with cupola).
• Go through woods and up small hill until you see Talus Rock Retreat.
• Park at front door.
